Gus connects the company with international and local businesses and ensure proper standard of the farm policy in line with national and international best labour policies. He sets organizational vision and direction, ensure efficiency, oversee budgeting, financial reporting and fundraising.
Operations Manager
Lux runs the day to-day routines of the farm to ensure it meets customer’s satisfaction and the final consumers. With over 10years of practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of agriculture, he has and continues to exert his expertise overseeing planting, harvesting, and animal cares.
